Our Returns Policy

Digital Products

All resources available for purchase at ClassroomHQ are digital products. Upon completing your purchase, your resource will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout, or to the email address attached to your account if you have one registered with us.

Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable.

That said, we understand that mistakes happen — and we want you to be happy with your purchase.


When a Refund May Be Granted

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchase — you accidentally purchased the same resource twice, or purchased a resource that was already included in a bundle you bought at the same time or later
  • Wrong resource purchased — you purchased the wrong item in error and have not yet downloaded the file
  • Inaccurate product description — the resource did not match what was described in the listing (for example, a file described as editable that turned out not to be)
  • My mistake — if I've made an error with your order, I will always make it right

How to Request a Refund

If your situation fits one of the above, please email us at support@classroomHQ.com within 30 days of purchase. Include your order details and a brief description of the issue and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.


Purchases Made via TpT or Etsy

Refund requests for purchases made through Teachers Pay Teachers or Etsy must be submitted directly through those platforms in accordance with their own policies.
